Blind Date with a Book

Creative Direction, Ritual Objects

Created in partnership with the Friends of the San Francisco Public Library, this project transformed books for holiday gifting into mystery offerings. Selected books were wrapped with 100% found and recycled materials, according to their theme, each including a clue and a keepsake object.

Participants selected books based on instinct rather than familiarity, taking home stories they may not have otherwise chosen. The project explored our human desires for beauty, ephermera, and ritual delight.
