For the annual Bay Area Nowruz Market we offered an assortment of ritual objects and talismans. This series included smalls scale works that began as found natural materials including herbs, flowers, shells, stones, and leaves. Through interventions such as soldering and embroidery they are transformed into objects to be worn or kept. These processes aim not to change the materials but extend their lives, and explore our innate human desires to collect beautiful things.

We also created ritual objects such as spell jars and bottles, and curated mystery boxes.
